PROFILE

About

A clinically-oriented research engineer. A long-form archive of engineering, research, and life.

I'm a clinically-oriented research engineer working across medical imaging, multimodal data, predictive modeling, and reproducible research engineering. I also write less "useful" things — reflections and notes on life.

This site is focused on writing — articles, research notes, and essays — and preserves writing recovered from an early personal blog. It's a long-term archive rather than a chase-the-trend blog. Projects and publications live at suool.net.

Current focus

  • Clinically meaningful problem definition and validation
  • Medical imaging, multimodal data, and predictive modeling
  • Reproducible research engineering and durable knowledge systems
  • Scientific writing, study design, and engineering decisions
